Making operations easier to manage

At Movinga, a Berlin startup connecting customers with moving companies, I became the primary frontend engineer for the partner application. I worked closely with operations and other stakeholders to reshape the product around the day-to-day work of its users.

I redesigned major parts of the application, including dashboards, moving offers, maps, and operational tools. I also contributed to the customer booking funnel, moving inventory, and tools for calculating additional services and costs, connecting the customer experience with the workflows behind each move.
